It began in 1955 on Kings Road in Jacksonville, Florida. He eventually ran multiple stores across the Jacksonville area and they currently have 4 locations in and around Jacksonville.
Their original restaurants focused solely on serving award-winning barbecues. In the late 1950s, a friend of ES Murdock’s commercial fishing industry inspired the decision to include a variety of seafood in their menu.
