A look back at the Jacksonville landmark

In March 1967, the Regency Square Mall opened to big fans. Fourteen years later, in 1981, 90 new shops and restaurants were added to the mall, bringing the total number of shops and restaurants to more than 160 in the 1.2 million square foot enclosed mall.

Here’s a look at the mall in its prime.
