American Landmark Apartments has acquired Argyle Lake in Oakleaf Town Center, an upscale 270-unit community in Jacksonville, Florida.

According to Yardi Matrix, the previous owner was Block One Ventures, who benefited from a $ 27.6 million home loan from IberiaBank to develop the asset.

The pet-friendly Argyle Lake in Oakleaf Town is located at 9849 Crosshill Blvd., within the area of Argyle Forest Boulevard and Cecil Commerce Center Parkway, less than 25 miles southwest of downtown Jacksonville.

Built in 2021, the property consists of nine buildings with 30 residential units and is located in the Chimney Lakes neighborhood, next to Oakleaf Town Shopping Center and Baptist Emergency Oakleaf.

The 1 to 3 bedroom apartments have amenities such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washrooms, and washer / dryers. Communal facilities include a coffee bar, clubhouse, fitness room and swimming pool, as well as a barbecue area, pet washing area and green areas with hiking trails.

The transaction comes less than a year after American Landmark expanded its Florida portfolio with the acquisition of a 248-unit community in Wesley Chapel and two properties totaling 612 units in the Orlando and Tampa metropolitan areas.
