Bunulu, Bealls Inc.’s coastal women’s lifestyle business, will close its St. John’s Town Center location on January 31st. This is evident from an email sent to customers on December 14th.

The other two locations in the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens and Coconut Point in Estero will also be closed.

In downtown St. Johns, Bunulu rents 3,747 square feet at 4751 River City Drive, No. 143B.

ā€œSince 2015 we have been able to offer you the latest fashions and unique items that make life in the sun so much fun! And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts ā€, it says in the e-mail to the customers. “It is with great sadness that we have to announce our shop closings from January 2021.”

Notifying customers of the closings posted on social media.

A store employee said that on December 14th, 20% off sales began. A Bealls spokesman could not be reached for comment as of December 15 at 12:30 p.m.

The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Bunulu sells women’s swimwear, clothing and accessories. His website says the store is all about ā€œstyle, sunshine and good timesā€.

It opened in St. John’s Town Center in 2015. Bradenton-based Bealls Inc. was aimed at women 35 and over.

The email encouraged customers to continue shopping at beallsflorida.com and beallsoutlet.com.

“We would like to thank you very much for your loyalty over the past 5 years and wish you all the best”, it says in the email.
