The Cordish Cos. Has worked with leading professional sports franchises and media companies including the St. Louis Cardinals, FOX Sports, Philadelphia Flyers, NBC Sports, and the Texas Rangers. According to local media reports, the Jacksonville project is pending approval from environmental agencies. The brownfield site intended for development was previously used by shipyards and tank farms and would require cleaning of the oil-contaminated soil under the pavement.
