In Mandarin, the city is reviewing permits for the Daybreak Market supermarket and gas station 76 with a separate automated car wash and an attached drive-through restaurant that is rented to a tenant.
The store and restaurant will replace a closed Golden Corral Restaurant located on 11.43 acres at 11470 San Jose Blvd.
The plans show indoor and outdoor seating in the supermarket. No construction costs are displayed.
In southwest Jacksonville, the city is reviewing plans to build a supermarket and gas station at Daybreak Market on 7589 Plantation Bay Drive.
Plans show a 4,800 square meter supermarket and an adjacent 2,300 square meter restaurant and drive-through area as well as a separate car wash on approximately 2.6 hectares.
The location is on Collins Road and Plantation Bay Drive.
