JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville’s teenage boy Keedron Bryant’s life has changed dramatically since his mother-written song “I Just Wanna Live” went viral after the death of George Floyd last year.
Bryant’s powerful feat of being a young black man in the world today caught the attention of a troubled nation. Everyone from Barack Obama to LeBron James praised the future superstar and his family for their strength and positive message.
Not only did the song help him get a record deal, it also helped heal the world at a time when music is a language that connects us all.
While on Monday the country inherited Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebrates, Bryant sat down with The Morning Show to discuss how he is using King’s message to inspire others.
