In Urban Meyer’s new home in Jacksonville

After two years of retirement from a notable seven year run as the head coach of the Ohio State Buckeyes Urban Meyer is out to train the Jacksonville Jaguars. These kinds of moves in sports lead to some big real estate transactions, and that’s what happened here. After selling his home in Dublin, Ohio earlier this month, he now has a new home in Jacksonville.

The Shelley Jean Meyer Revocable Trust bought a home on April 16 for $ 2.15 million in an enclosed Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club in South Jacksonville. The house is on the road as Tim Tebow, quarterback during his illustrious career in Florida that spanned 2005-2010.

The 5,785-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built in 2007. The two-story home with a partial third floor has an elevator, butler kitchen, game room, heated pool, spa, and summer kitchen. The house was also previously owned by former Jaguar quarterback David Garrard from 2008-11.
