Baalke and his wife Beth paid $ 1.6 million for a house on 4543 Glen Kernan Parkway on March 12, according to a deed recorded with the Duval County Clerk on May 5. They funded it with a $ 960,000 mortgage from TIAA Bank.
The property is less than a mile from the home Meyer bought for $ 2.15 million last month. Tim Tebow lives on the same street as Meyer.
Baalke’s 4,696-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was built in 2005 and is located on 0.55 hectares. According to Realtor.com, the home has a screened pool, summer kitchen, four-car garage, and views of Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club.
The Jaguars hired Baalke as head of pro staff in February 2020. In November he was promoted to interim general manager and hired as a permanent replacement after the 2020 season.
Baalke bought the house from Thaddeus Foster and Lillian Junco De La Vega, who bought it for $ 1.9 million in 2006.
The house is located on the Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club in South Jacksonville. (Google)
