Sarnova and APR Energy complete first Park 295 building | Jax Daily Record | Jacksonville Daily Record

The city granted permits for two tenants on May 4 to fill Park 295 Industrial Park off southwest Interstate 295 and Duval Road in northwest Jacksonville.

The medical supply distributor, Sarnova, and the utility company APR Energy will set up a distribution room in Building B at 2619 Ignition Drive.

They will be joining Ulta Beauty Inc. and Quiet 3PF to take full advantage of the 552,634 square foot structure.

Dav-Lin Interior Contractors Inc. will build 130,567 square feet in Unit # 2 for Sarnova at a cost of $ 2.45 million.

The approval request identifies the project as Sigma, which appears to be a placeholder name. Sarnova is indicated on receipts.

The architect is StudioNorth Architecture of Riverside, Missouri.

Jacksonville City Council on February 9th approved a grant of $ 260,000 for an undisclosed national pharmaceutical and medical device distributor to rent space in northwest Jacksonville for its southeastern US distribution center.

Sarnova from Dublin, Ohio matches the description.

As Project Robalo, the company announced to officials at the city’s economic development bureau that it would invest $ 6.72 million and create 25 full-time jobs by the end of 2023 under the economic development agreement linked to the bill.

The city requires the company to invest at least $ 3 million in the project site by December 31, 2023 in order to receive the Recapture Enhanced Value Grant.

The distributor is required to make tenant improvements to the warehouse for $ 2.4 million by December 31, 2022.

For APR Energy, Dav-Lin Interior Contractors will build 42,038 square feet in Unit # 4 at a cost of $ 500,000.

APR Energy is downsizing its Jacksonville presence, moving from a 150,000-square-foot building in NorthPoint Industrial Park in North Jacksonville.

APR, based in Jacksonville, was founded in 2004 and delivers power plants worldwide on a rapid basis.

NorthPoint Development of Riverside, Missouri is the developer of Park 295.

Through NP Jacksonville Industrial LLC, NorthPoint paid nearly $ 4.77 million to develop the five-building project in August 2018.

Ulta Beauty Inc. is leasing 203,463 square meters and Quiet 3PF is leasing 174,157 square meters in Building B.

Park 295 is working on adding more camps. It is intended that the 394,277 square meter Building C will be built alongside the completed structure.

The Newmark Phoenix Realty Group represents the park.
