Sarnova, a medical supply retailer, joins utility company APR Energy in Building B at 2619 Ignition Drive in Park 295 Industrial Park.

They will be joining Ulta Beauty Inc. and Quiet 3PF to take full advantage of the 552,634 square foot structure.

Dav-Lin Interior Contractors Inc. will build 130,567 square feet in Unit # 2 for Sarnova at a cost of $ 2.45 million.

The approval request identifies the project as Sigma, which appears to be a placeholder name. Sarnova is indicated on receipts.

The architect is StudioNorth Architecture of Riverside, Missouri.

Jacksonville City Council on February 9th approved a grant of $ 260,000 for an undisclosed national pharmaceutical and medical device distributor to rent space in northwest Jacksonville for its southeastern US distribution center.

Sarnova from Dublin, Ohio matches the description.

As the Robalo Project, the company announced to officials at the city’s economic development bureau that it would invest $ 6.72 million by the end of 2023 and create 25 full-time jobs under the bill-linked economic development agreement.

The city requires the company to invest at least $ 3 million in the project site by December 31, 2023 in order to receive the Recapture Enhanced Value Grant.

The distributor is required to make tenant improvements to the warehouse of $ 2.4 million by December 31, 2022.

NorthPoint Development of Riverside, Missouri is the developer of Park 295.

Through NP Jacksonville Industrial LLC, NorthPoint paid nearly $ 4.77 million to develop the five-building project in August 2018.

Ulta Beauty Inc. is leasing 203,463 square meters and Quiet 3PF is leasing 174,157 square meters in Building B. APR Energy will expand 42,038 square meters.

Park 295 is working on adding more camps. It is intended that the 394,277 square meter Building C will be built alongside the completed structure.

Development note

The city has issued a certificate to calculate the mobility fee for FlexCold’s proposed 150,221 square foot warehouse located on 23.81 acres at 11180 Faye Road on Blasius Road in North Jacksonville.

The fee is $ 72,473. England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.

South Carolina-based FlexCold proposes a frozen protein processing and distribution facility.
