The Jacksonville immigration legal professional describes Biden’s reforms as “immense.”

Immigration analysts and advocates are excited about President Joe Biden’s new immigration reform plan and the positive impact it is expected to have on businesses and VISA holders.

Attorney Giselle Carson is an expert on changes and trends in immigration. Carson told First Coast Connect host Melissa Ross Monday that the guidelines have been rash and chaotic for the past four years.

“I have foreigners who were granted H1B visas in April last year due to the travel ban that was extended by President Trump [just before he left office] These foreigners are still abroad until March 31, ”Carson said.

She described Biden’s proposed immigration reform, which includes creating a roadmap to citizenship for undocumented workers, as “immense”.
