Police are asking for tips to help track down a Jacksonville man who hasn’t been seen in more than a week.

Eric James Wroblewski, 51, was last spotted by a city worker near Ray’s Food Place in Jacksonville on May 17, according to Jacksonville Police Department Sgt. Greg Nichols.

“This is the last time we saw him in town,” said Nichols.

Wroblewski lives with his family on property in the Applegate area and, according to Nichols, has a tendency to come and go, but eventually enough time passed for his family to “draw red flags”.

The family’s attempts to reach him on his cell phone were also unsuccessful.

The family reported that Wroblewski went missing Tuesday night “based only on elapsed time,” said Nichols.

Police say Wroblewski “is known to visit the Medford and Jacksonville areas.”

He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and a weight of 155 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Jacksonville Police Department at 541-899-7100 during weekday or after-hours business hours by calling the emergency number 541-776-7206 or calling 911.
