The Ferber Co. is considering redeveloping a former Wells Fargo banking site in Mandarin for a Whataburger restaurant, according to a city motion.

The fee is charged at $ 113,606 to aid in the traffic impact.
The bank, built in 1980, had five cashier / ATM lanes.
Ferber paid $ 1.4 million on April 5 for the property on southwest San Jose Boulevard and Hartley Road north of Interstate 295.
Tom Mundy, Ferber’s vice president of development services, said April 7th the highest and best use of the site was a drive-through restaurant.
“The website is located in the heart of Mandarin and has great access to a signal and a frontage on San Jose Blvd.,” Mundy said via email.
Ferber is based in Ponte Vedra Beach.
